Today we will be working with Simon Melville on the north of Newtown Common. We will be clearing scrub previously cut by a mechanical flail and having a bonfire, weather permitting. Parking will be at Adbury Holt, so turn left in front of the Swan Inn and head up the hill towards Burghclere. Drive past the turning to the car park at Jonathan Hill, continue for about half a mile and the turning to Adbury Holt will be on your left.
