Today we will be on the west side of Newtown Common, close to Horris Hill School, cutting holly and other scrub with Simon Melville. We may have a bonfire if conditions permit.
Parking will be at Horris Hill. Here are directions coming from Newbury: take the second exit to the B4640 signposted Winchester, Oxford and Andover, going past the Swan Inn on your left. After about half a mile along the B4640, at the brow of the hill, turn right at the pale blue sign for Horris Hill School and park at the side of the road.
